    Multi-variable vlookup formula

    I am looking for a lookup formula inserted into cell G5 of the attachment for the information inputted into the Criteria section (F1:G5) to search for the correct bonus in the lookup values (A1:D8). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Re: Multi-variable vlookup formula

    1. Change your data, insert a column after column C and put the LEAD amounts in the column, so D3:D8 now reads 0

    10000
    20000
    0
    10000
    20000

    2. in H5
    =AGGREGATE(14,6,(F3:F8)*(A3:A8=H2)*(B3:B8=H3)*(D3:D8<=H4),1)

    Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

    brefed15, while you have a nice solution.... can I draw your attention to rule 3.

    You have cross-posted the same request on at least one other site:

    https://www.mrexcel.com/forum/excel-...p-formula.html

    and not bothered telling us. This is really annoying for helpers here. You might have a solution elsewhere and folk here, who give you THEIR time, freely, have wasted their efforts thanks to your LACK of respect for us. Don't do it again. Feel free to cross-post. Don't keep it a secret.
