How to craft a copy down formula for distinct, separate ranges.

This in all likelihood is a very simple problem solved by some easy technique I don't know about. For that I apologise, but hey, quick and easy rep for you guys right!? (excel scrub over here)

Anyway, I want to perform a standard dev formula on distinct ranges, but in a way that allows me to simply drag down the 'pattern'. The pattern is this:

=STDEV(I3:I2610)
=STDEV(I2612:I5219)
=STDEV(I5221:I7828)
=STDEV(I7830:I10437)

And so as you can see, there is a gap on 1 row before the next range begins for over 2,607 rows before there is another space of one 1 row. The reason I need some sort of quick copy down formula is because this pattern follows on until I764438.
