Fill function will not copy my formula down

I am trying to run a Trim and Clean formula on a file, but using the "fill" feature only grabs the value from the first column. The same happens when I try to do a vlookup. I tried copying and pasting the data into a new workbook, but that did not help. Filters are not on. I was able to add consecutive numbers to the file using the fill feature (ex: 1, 2, 3) and had no issues.

I have attached the sample workbook with two sheets added: Forum BEFORE and Forum AFTER. In the BEFORE sheet, you'll see that my trim and clean formulas are only copying down the results from the first cell.

    Welcome to the forum

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Hi & welcome to the board.
You're file looks fine to me, do you have calculation set to manual?
On the formula tab select Calculation options & change to Automatic if needed.
