Question Formula to Produce Three Possiible Weighted Results

    Hello Everyone,

At work I'm trying to create an evaluation form that has three options: Pass, Fail, and N/A as responses to questions. The responses are tied in to points, for example: Pass 2, Fail 0, and N/A (blank). The goal is to have the N/A option not count against the points if it is selected, so that way the Pass/Fail questions would have more weight on the score. It used to be a Pass/Fail system, and I tied it in to points in another column and it worked out. How can I create a formula to include the N/A option not counting against the points? I have attached what I have so far. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Anthony

    Re: IF Formula Problem

    Welcome to the forum

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Hello, I found my answer. I just needed to use an IFS formula and it worked. You can close this thread. Thank you for your time and assistance.
