Generate non-repeating random Double-Digit numbers

This is a purely theoretical question, I'm not actually having a problem.

The post generated random numbers between 99 and -99, excluding all single digit numbers, however there were a lot of repeats. I wondered if there was a way to do the same thing but only generate unique random numbers. I'm familiar with using Rand() in one column and RANK in another column to generate unique random numbers, but can't wrap my head around how to do that within the range specified. I've attached a spreadsheet where I tried to work it out, but no go so far.

Looking for ideas, appreciate any help I can get.

Well, I think I may have solved it myself, two different ways. See attached.
1) I put in a list of Static Values for the range, and put in a column of RAND() numbers. If I sort by my random numbers I get a random list of my range numbers.
2) Using Anastasiya Romanova's comment at https://www.excelcampus.com/tips/lis...no-duplicates/
I use my RAND() list and an Index/Match combo to generate the sequence numbers. Easy pizzi.

Any other ways to do this, maybe without using the RAND() column?
