Sci-fi case: "We can't update some links" error

Hi guys, facing some sci-fi stuff here with "We can't update some links" error...

    1. All linked Excels files are in one folder
    2. I name updated to one file (from "2019 - My Character" to "2019 - My World")
    3. All linked files when opened after rename returned "We can't update some links" error and all apart from one were resolved no problem
    4. ONE file, however, keeps returning that same error message no matter what I do. A link to "2019 - My Character" won't break or update.

WHat's weirder is that this same file, now under new name "2019 - My World" also shows in a list! So now I have the same file under two different names linked up? How's that even possible??

Another sci-fi stuff is that I have all my files set to "Don't display the alert and update links" in Startup Prompt, and this particular file is ignoring even that!

I went to Name Manager and there're no names/links associate with "2019 - My Character" or even with "2019 - My World" so the link up is there only through formulas.

Any ideas, please? Attaching screenshots below.

The file selected in the Edit links screenshot appears to be in folder Projects_Goals whereas the error message refers to Projects & Goals.

    Could that be the problem?

Hm. Great catch, TMS, thank you! But a problem is still there...

How's that even possible if all files are in that same "3. Projects & Goals" folder, none of them were moved, it was just a file name change from "2019 - My Character" to "2019 - My World" And all other files, when updating the source, responded well, apart from just that one.

But I tried changing the name of the "3. Projects & Goals" folder to "3. Projects and Goals". Same again, all other files responded well apart from that one.

Now when it comes to that one file, here's what I'm noticing:

    1. When I try to Open Source for that broken links file, I see "3. Projects & Goals" which was PREVIOUS name of a file!
    2. But when I click on that broken link file in Edit Links box it shows "3. Projects_Goals"

None of the two match the actual new name of a file which is now "3. Projects and Goals" What the heck??

And why on earth this file would completely ignore the "Don't display the alert and update links" in Startup Prompt, any ideas?

I figured, by accident. Apparently it was Data Validation hidden in merged cells that was linking to another file still. All I had to do is to highlight contents in the entire sheet -> Data Validation -> Clear All -> Break Links in Edit Links (just in case) -> Close file, reopen and voalia.
