Change date format

Hello,

I have completed a large document that has many dates on it and the dates are currently listed in a DD.MM.YYYY format and I was wanting to change all the dates to a DD/MM/YYYY format.

I have tried to alter them with cell format but have not had any luck. Can someone please help me with this issue and let me know how to perform this action if it is possible.

Try use Find and Replace to replace all dot (.) by slash (/).
