    How to convert a range from 0-100 to 0-10 - by grouping answers by 10?

    I have data with all possible integers from 0 - 100, and I'd like to convert this into 0-10 answers so that
    0= 0
    1-10 = 1
    11- 20 = 2
    21 - 30 = 3
    etc.
