count if cell empty

Good evening, I ask your help to find a number of empty cells.
Looking at the attached file, in column H-I (highlighted in yellow)
I would like to count how many cells have a value in cell H12-I18-I24
and what is missing is N. and Date,
for the first column H, the number N is missing in H10
and in H11 the date.

The result for the whole table is 3 in N3
and the total 275.00 in N4

I tried with:

= COUNTIFS ($ E $ 12: $ E $ 79, $ D1, I$12:I$79, "" & "")
but from an incorrect result.

I have 12 elevations 1 per month composed of 5 rows x 8 columns.
Let's take the first month from F10: M14.

In H10-H11 (I have colored yellow) because, as you can see,
If you compare it with column F and I are missing
* the N. and the date and in H12 there is an amount.

You need to count how many times it occurs in F10: M80
that is, that the first two lines of each table have
empty cells but the third row has a value.

if calcellis for example I28-I29 in N3 did not change the result
I modified the formula adding at the end:
(($ F $ 12: M $ 78 $ <> "") + ($ F $ 13: M $ 79 $ <> ""))

Even in N4 I did the same

Hi, sorry if I return to the discussion if you prefer to open a new one but after fixing the formulas I can't find the right one.
In the attached file the cells are colored to better understand what I would like.
The results entered by hand L4: N4
in line L5: N5 find my proofs.

The previous one you gave me and found in N5 worked
but, putting example in line F14 of the text, from error.
