Automatic changing of row number with input

Hello,

I am struggling to figure out how to have the number of rows in my table change with respect to the value I enter in a random cell.

For example, if I enter '4' in this random cell, I want my table to produce 4 rows. Lets say I change that value to '7', my table will change to have 7 rows. Is this possible? How can I do this?
