Hi! I am trying to take a list in excel of student information (12 total columns) and turn it into address type format. So say the row has last name, child name, address, city, email, phone number, etc I'd like it to look like this:
last name
child name
address
city
phone number
Basically it would look like a very long address with additional information in it. I am creating a student directory in Word but all the student information is listed in an excel file at the moment.
What is the best way to get this information in the format that I need? Is there a formula that would work??
