Determining minimum sell price with fixed and % costs

Here is an example of what im looking to do

Cost - $1

Fixed fees - $.91 each item

Fixed fees - 13% of sell price

Looking for a formula to calculate what my break even sell price would be. cost will be variable per item so in a different cell.

=B1*(1+B3)+B2

B1 = cost
B2 = fixed fee (entered as 0.13 and formatted as %)
B3 = fixed fee/item

As per the above message it will be:
=SUM(0.13*SellingPrice)+$0.91

The above would cover the fees of the product. However to determine what your sell price should be, You should enter a field looking at percentage throughput and use the 'Goal Seek' to determine the selling price at a given throughput percentage.
