What formula would I use to get the amount of items in the Factory. Vlookup always brings up the last result, so I can not use that

You will not get response until you upload your workbook, click on "Go Advanced" button then scroll down to find "Manage Attachments" text button to attach the file
Please try in D13 and fill down.Formula:

Thank you for that. Now I have an extension to that question, is it possible to do that if it was written as 'Twenty-Four' instead of '24'?

Slightly different answer got this:
=INDEX(C2:C6,MATCH(1,--(A2:A6=A11)*(B2:B6=B11),0))
