Lookup with Column and Row Criteria

I am trying to marry 2 reports - one which shows a list of unprocessed pick-up-in-store orders for a website and the other which shows all store hours for the month. If an order is unprocessed, I need quick reference to the store hours that day (i.e. maybe the store was only open half of the day, maybe it was closed, etc.). Since this is a monthly report, I will need to tell Excel to reference both the store and the date and return the listed hours in the yellow box of the attached.

Any help would be great - thank you!

    As a general note:

Lookups where the lookup field is in the first row or first column, you can use H Lookups and V lookups respectively.

If this is not the case for either, you will need to use the Index and Match function to undertake this - as stated in the answer above.

Thank you so much, KOKOSEK! Your formula works great! I hadn't considered just adding a second match criteria - much appreciated!
