How to get a particular word from one cell to another cell

Hello,

I have an excel in which address is written in cell.

I want name of city which is after word AT in another cell.

5 results i have shown .

Please assist.

I think you are going to have to tell us the "rules" you use to decide what to put in Column B. For example, in cell A7 you seem to be indicating you want two words (POST GHANSAWANGI) but I don't see what tells you to stop (previous examples seemed to stop at the text "PO")... in cell A17 you have the text "AT PO" with nothing between them... what should be pulled from that?... in cell A19 you don't have the word "AT" at all... what should be done with it. There may be other questions, but I stopped looking after I got to cell A19. Besides telling us the "rules", you might want to complete filling in Column B in your example file so we can see exactly how any "rules" you give us physically apply to your actual data.
