Percentage Formula For excel

i am currently trying to recreate a spreadsheet that has been deleted i have little experience with formulas, i am making performance spreadsheets on individuals


trying to figure out a formula to work out the percentage of work carried out on a specific shift


i am not the best at maths either but i am doing this for a friend he asked as i know about computer i can use excel kind of but i think i bit off more than i can chew
