get date from table to other sheet

I hope someone can help me out with next problem



In above excel sheet i have sheet 1 full of data.

My problem is that it's a planning where the rows change every day multiple times.

My question is next: I would want to put the following data in another sheet and get the data in sheet one via a dropdown menu.

So i would select following in the dropdown menu: 202002737 DorenBos - Morti 2.1 and then the other data follow.

Does someone knows a simple solution for this?

What is the difference (if any) between column C & E of results.

Since the Dossier numbers seem to be unique, maybe this?

Use variants of this formula:
=IFERROR(INDEX(Sheet1!E:E,AGGREGATE(15,6,ROW(Sheet1!$E$3:$E$301)/(Sheet1!$C$3:$C$301=LOOKUP(10^100,$B$9:$B9)),ROWS(C$9:C9)-LOOKUP(2,1/($B$9:$B9<>""),ROW($B$9:$B9)-ROW($B$9)))),"")

Put any dossier number in the next available row in column B.

If this IS what you want, we will need to tweak the formula to get rid of irritating zeros, where there are blanks in the source data. But first... dow this do what you expect.

Thx for the help: But my goal is more something like this:

The goal is to easily move the rows in the planning (sheet 1) with information out of sheet 2.

The unique numbers are the Dosier N° with the N° (this is the number of the delivery box).
This would be the goal to choose out in a dropdown list.

When you choose the right unique dosier with N° you would need to get follow information out of sheet 2:

- Werfomschrijving
- ∑ PW
- ∑ Ba
- Latei ft ≠ St.
- ∏
- ꙱
- Leverdat
- Verbo N°
- Tdl N°
- Koer N°

The rest is something need to be filled in by myself in sheet 1

You understand what i mean?

Not clear about the requirement and lay out of table and selection about selection Dosier No in Column B.
Depending on the data in B19 Formula in C19 and copied across till blank cells are seen.

Hey,

Thx for the help everyone.

I modified a little bit the excel so that people would better understand:

In sheet data you get to choose 1 dropdown: that is the project number. Together with the N° (of the container, like 0.1, 0.2 ,0.3,...) that is a unique number.
In sheet data everything after werfomschrijving i type in myself.
In Column A the desingers are displayed.

Is it possible to automacilly give the projec number (column B) the colour of de desinger of the hidden column A.

For the rest i would like the folowing to happen:

In sheet Planning there would be a dropdown menu that gets the information from the data in the correct columns. The other ones need to be blank. Is that possible also with the lay out of colours (filling, letter colours) for this?
