Please Tell Me What's Wrong With My SUMIFS Formula

I would like the highlighted row to show the balance of overdue invoices in the date ranges shown. I am not great with excel, and this is what I came up with after reading articles and watching tutorials and it is still not working. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Your calculation was adding dates instead of subtracting in rows 49 and down.
Then your smaller/greater signs were misplaced.
Please check attachment.

PS: Avoid merging cells, as that might bring you unexpected, unnoticed errors.
