Results Needed from a Yes or No answer with a formula

what id like to be able to do is this

if col AC says "Yes" then id like col AD to display the result of col AB minus 3.5% as shown in picture. if however col AC says "No" then i would like col AB to be blank.

then end result is to have Col AF to minus the 3.5% if "Yes" but if "No" Not to Minus the 3.5%

this is what i have in Col AD at the moment

so if "YES" then do the above formula (or similar) but if "NO" do nothing

I tried the above but when "No" was displayed E6 still showed the 3.5% figure when it needs to be blank if "NO"
