Find Multiple Text Strings in Column, return the 9 cell strings below

    Hello everyone,

So I have a pretty lengthy list of merged data from multiple workbooks where most of the data I need is now in one column.

One of the issues I'm having is reiterating a search in a column(B).
I want to search for every occurrence of the word "Item" and then pull the 9 text strings below that occurrence.

I tried using HLOOKUP but I receive an #N/A after selecting a blank column (G) for the array.

    =HLOOKUP("Item", B:B, {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9}, FALSE)

Eventually I'd like to pull data from left-to-right as well for other occurrences(Owner, Date, etc).

I feel like this is a case for Index Match but I can't seem to wrap my head around this specific scenario.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Welcome to the forum

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

I just wanted to close the loop on this - I used powerquery to manipulate the data the way I wanted the data to be presented.
I've really learned a lot from it, the forms I needed to manipulate were quite complex but in the end I was able to get what I needed.

I understand that my original post wasn't so clear (even if it sounded like it in my head). I will make sure to be more clear with future posts.

    Thank you.
