Extract three word from link

Hi my friends again...

I try to use a formula to extract three word from another xlsx file.

Formula from I3 not working an i need any idea to work.

In I3, I don't know what is in cell B3 of that file you are trying to link to, but you won't be able to multiply it by the string that the rest of the formula produces - that is why your are getting the #VALUE! error.
