Use =$A$4<>"Riz M"

Hello again, Riz.
First of all, select cells A11:B12, then click on the Font color icon and change the foreground colour to white.
Then with the cells still selected, click on Conditional Formatting | New Rule | Use a formula... , and put this formula in the pop-up dialogue box:
=$A$4="Riz M"
Click on the Format button | Font tab and on the Color drop-down click on Automatic. Then you can click OK twice to exit the dialogue box. Now when you put any other entry in A4, or delete it, the other cells will appear empty.
Hope this helps.
Pete
