See if timestamp is within two time values crossing midnight

Hello everyone!

I have to check whether an array of timestamps (half an hour between each timestamp) are within two time values, where it can occur that a set of two time values cross midnight.

There are three different time value sets called G1, G2 and G3.
G2 is the only one working perfectly.
G1 cross midnight, which I know is the problem, however, I do not know how to solve it
G3 is NOT crossing midnight, but for some reason, it cannot figure out that the timestamps are within the time values?

I hope to avoid VBA all together (for maintenance reasons) which is why I want to check each half-hour is within the set of time values or not.

I hope someone can help me figure out these codes!
