    Countifs - 2 different columns, same criteria

    Hi guys,

    getting a #value error when doing countifs on spreadhseet attached.

    I am trying to do:

    =COUNTIFS B2:B16 AND H2:H16 "yes"

    can anyone tell me where I am going wrong please?

    Try countif+countif, or =SUMPRODUCT((B2:B16="YES")*(H2:H16="YES"))
