Hi guys
Im trying to create an automated disclaimer page which is locked with a standard message (so that this file can then be used as a template by our team). It references the client company name and abbreviation (via a named range). It also references my firms full name with an abbreviation in brackets with quotation marks.
The issue im getting is
1) i cant get quotation marks around the client company names abbreviation (derived from named range).
2) i keep getting error if i put quotation marks around my company's abbreviation (although not when i put them around a different word e.g. "Model").
The desired output is as follows:
This financial model ("Model") was built for a specific purpose by My Firm ("ABC") for ABC's client, Company Name ("Abbreviation") and ......(remaining text)
What i have so far is:
="This financial model (“Model”) was built for a specific purpose by My Firm (ABC) for ABC’s client, " & CoName & " (" & CoAbb & ") text."
The above however keeps giving me error when i put ("ABC") and I cant figure out what the change should be to the last bit so that client abbreviation has " i.e: ("Abbreviation") rather than just (Abbreviation).
CoName and CoAbb are the named ranges for Client Company Name and Client Company Name abbreviation.
I understand that putting quotation marks in the abbreviation named range would probably be the easy fix but id be using that named range for other purposes where i wouldnt want them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks
