Formulas created in latest excel 1909 not working in excel 2010 (v14)

    Hi,
I've recently been given a QA check sheet created by a colleague in Office 365 Excel version 1909, I am using Excel V 14.0.7327.5000.
The idea of the spreadsheet is that coordinate values are input in the "Input_Sheet", with the differences in the results displayed on the "Front_Sheet".
In the example attached I have changed the coordinate values for the "CHANGED" coordinate. In theory the difference calculated should be zero, but I'm just getting "#NAME?" displayed.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Sam

That's because IFS formula is not supported in previous versions. Meaning that you will need to change your formula to nested IFs like: =IF(condition, value1, IF(condition, value2, IF(condition, value3, value4)))
In your case should be something like:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Welcome to the forum.

For those of us with the same version as your colleague (for whom the workbook shows no errors), you need to specify the cells containing the problematic formulae.

He/she will have used new functions that are not yet widely available.

    HI AliGW,
Apologies, I never thought about that! The problematic cells are H24-J26. Note unless I change the Input Sheet values them I am not seeing the error (In the example I changed the formula sheet B2-D2 & B12-D12).
    Thanks.

Before I look again, please respond to post #2, which probably fixes the issue.
