Table Configuration Re-Arrangement

Hello All,

First of all, thanks to anyone who reads this post, I have come across another task that I have not been able to solve and I would really appreciate any suggestion that could led me to the solution of this issue.

To the issue:

In my work I have a big database with improper configuration, actually I have several of this databases. But the configuration that it has it's not compatible with some software in which I need to upload the information (I do not have access to that software).

It is a little bit hard to post the example in here so I attach the excel file with the example of what I want in the sheet called: (Target Configuration). And one of those complete databases also included on the file.

At this moment I am trying to understand this option, I am not familiar with it but I will dig into it enough to fully understand it.

Just a simple question. Column J in the table I attached is the most important information I need, column D is a process name, and column J is the circuits that make up the process. Would you mind adding that in your file and explanation?
