Index and match formula assistance.

Kindly assist on the formula. i need to verify each amount in D column with B column. if it matches it should return value and date in same row. and also if the amount already taken in the previous value it needs to exclude in next rows.

1 - matching should be done between minus five and plus five days.
2 - already used deposit should be exclude in next rows.

i have inserted correct match in the last column H and I. Please check and assist.

some of your expected results seem odd, incorrect, e.g. the 167.93 occurs on Oct 3 rather than Oct 4

to keep simple I would suggest you do following:

insert new column E

the above will establish the row in which the relevant amount can be found, relative to your criteria above - i.e. w/in 5 days, and not already assigned

the remaining calcs become trivial in nature as they can simply use the value returned by above, e.g.

Thanks for your reply. Could not able to find the correct amount and correct date in the columns F and G. i want the result amount should match with correct amount and correct date to validate the formula. so that i can use the formula.
