Convert complex SUMIFS to COUNTIFS

Hello!

I`m working with a huge table and lately I`m trying to automatize some of the things I do, but due to my limited knowledge of Excel it seems that my only hope is you guys.

Courtesy of users on this forum I now have a formula that SUMS everything I need, but I also want it to COUNT using the same criteria.
