I have various names in Col A and values in Col b
I have tried to set up a Vlookup to extract the values where text in Col A contains "Nels"
I have tried to set up a formula but cannot get it to work
I have attached sample data
It would be appreciated if someone could assist me
Since it's a SUM... use SUMIF:
=SUMIF(A1:A5,"*"&A9&"*",B1:B5)
