Excel sheet that does 1 hour equals 7 minutes? Annual leave

I need a excel sheet that does the following:

1 hour worked = 7 minutes annual leave


I need to be able to put a different hour worked

example 35 hours worked = 4 hours 13minutes annual leave

i want to be able to change the hours worked and get the annual leave figure calculated.

im really struggling to do the formula

any help would be a massive help

without seeing the sheet and depending if you are using the same unit for works as leave

annual leave hrs=hoursworked/60*7


in minutes annual leave=hoursworked*7

and it is 4hrs and 5 minutes

35*7=245 minutes = 4hrs 5 minutes

if the hours are in cell a1 and you and you want the leave in b1 in b1 put =a1/60*7

if the hours are formatted as hours you need [h]:mm as the format to show35 hours as 35 hours, otherwise it will display 11:00 as it is one day and 11 hours

If they are numbers they do not matter, but 5 minutes will show as .0833
