INDEX formula not calculated properly

Hi all,

I seem to be having issues once again that I only just noticed after all your hard work (thank you by the way!)

Issue #1

Column P (Remaining amount in Approval) is calculating incorrectly. It seems to be just matching the name of the client rather than matching the actual 'Approval No.' and the amount on that specific approval number.

It just keeps subtracting the amount of each stay from the first ever approval amount and not each individual approval (based on unique approval number).

What I need it to do it subtract from that specific approval number and total amount as each client has multiple approvals with a new total each approval.

Issue #2

It keeps trying to link to an outside spreadsheet (a colleague did a copy paste job without my knowledge). Can this be configured so that it is linking to itself again and not constantly trying to 'update links'?
