Trying to create Call List Hit Rate

Hi All

Apologies in advance for the poor explanation.

I have a Sales Rep and a list of Clients they are supposed to call by name in each row per month, I also have a worksheet with raw data of clients which have been called in the previous month I need it to highlight a '1' next to the client name in the call list if a specified sales rep has called them. What kind of look ups can I use to populate the hits column? If I use a standard Vlookup it can't differentiate from other sales reps i need it to look for specific sales reps. Thanks
