Sum values of duplicated rows

Hi all,
In the attached file I would like to sum values from columns C if values/names from columns A+B are duplicated in different rows. In this case, values/names from columns A+B are the same in rows 19 and 31 (in green). Therefore, I would like to sum values from column C from both rows 19 and 31 in a new row and delete these two previous rows (19 and 31).

To sum using formula is easy. But to delete the rows, you will need vba
