Formula to find out if "Out of Spec" or "Within Spec"

    Hi

Please refer to the spreadsheet I have attached.

In Row 4 I have the minimum specs for my data.

In Row 5 I have the maximum specs for my data.

In Row 6 I have the actual results for my data.

In Row 7 I want to be able to classify whether the actual results are "Out of Spec" or "Within Spec" based on the above minimum/maximum specs.

Any help will be greatly appreciated?
