Vlookup Function with duplicate Values
I have an excel sheet on which I have put Ranks for candidates according to their score.
Now I want Names as per their ranks in Column F thru any Formula (not thru sorting option)
If I use vlookup, it creates problem as there are duplicate ranks for many members.
Pls support and suggest formula to put the require data.

In F6, copied down;
=INDEX(A:A,AGGREGATE(15,6,ROW($A$6:$A$21)/($C$6:$C$21=E6),COUNTIF($E$6:E6,E6)))
