    Post VLOOKUP for leadtime variable

    good day to all -
need help with a VLOOKUP (I think!) to accomplish the following:

4/24/2020 ship to customer (cell A2)
    3/10/2020 ETA FABRIC (cell A3)

i have several mills with varying lead times so i wanted to be able to take the below values and have the date returned in cell A4 with the date that captures the leadtime per mill accordingly: cells D4:F4

    MILL LEADTIME xmill
    BW 50 1/20/2020
    BP 82 12/19/2019
    FE 60 1/10/2020

can someone walk me thru how to write the formula pls?
    thanks...in advance!

Thanks a lot (some functions don't exist in some XL versions so it's important for you)
