    #.# versus #,# for writing a number

    Hi all,

I'm trying to write a text, including numbers. There is however a dropdown to indicate whether you want it written in the format "55,3" versus "55.3"

    =TEXT(ROUND(0,553345*100;1);IF(A1=comma;"0,0";"0.0"))

It turns out that I get the right result for 55,3 but I don't manage to show 55.3 (instead, it shows 55). I think I need to use #.# and #,# but it didn't bring me any closer.

The goal is to have the result independent of my excel settings (currently "," is used for decimals, but it should work when "." is set as a decimal too)

    Any advice? Thanks!!
