taking data from one sheet, placing it in another, but do not change it in the future

Trying to create a formula which takes the calculated data from column G in the 2000m sheet.

The data from column G of 2000m sheet is then placed in column I of 10min x 2 sheet.

I have managed to do this. However the problem that i am having is the following:

Data might only be enetered in 2000m sheet once every 2 months, whereas data might be entered up to 14 times a month in columns A, C and E of the 10min x 2 sheet.

I want the 10min x 2 sheet to "keep" the already entered data, but when there is new data enetered in the 2000m sheet to update any new entries in the 10min x 2 sheet. At the moment everytime there is new data in the 2000m sheet it updates all existing data in column i of 10min x 2 sheet.

You may try by turn on 'Iterative Calculation' and use this formula in I5
