How to Add Smart Tags Automatically Based on Specific Words

    Hello there

We have a list of unclassified titles and we want to assign multiple tags based on different words to classify the info.
    Here's how it looks like:
    smart tags.PNG

We'd like to add the tags for each title from the table above.
For example, the first title includes the words "car" (A9) so the corresponding tag "car" (B9) should be included.
And it also has the word "Iphone" (A7) so the corresponding tag "phone" (A7) should be too.

Multiple keywords could trigger multiple tags. This is to be used with 1000 or more product titles.

    How can we do it?
(if you can think of a better way to achieve the same results please post it)

Re: How to Add Smart Tags Automatically Based on Specific Words

I think if you make a list like:

    A
    B
    1
    makeup beauty
    2
    lipstick beauty
    3
    yoga sport
    4
    cream beauty
    5
    football sport
    6
    running sport
    7
    car car
    8
    wireless electronics
    9
    phone phone
    10
    usb electronics

I mean assign 1 word only into category.
could be quite easy to do.

    Thanks Kokosek for your reply.

Ok, but the thing is that each product has multiple tags/categories.
We want them separated with commas as in the yellow cells.

How to go around that? A formula?

    I've seen you expected results.
I just said that if you create list like I suggest it could be quite easy to sort. In the case when your list of tags is as in you initial post, it will be more difficult (IMHO).
