I need help regards to below.

Mainly i have a "sheet1" with months, cost accounts, Projects ( Drop down menu). Another sheet " All Transaction" from where all data have been puled to "Sheet1" based on selection of Project in drop down menu (SUMIFS formula), and its working perfectly!
Now for example, my "Sheet1" is showing for Project#2, Account#1 in January( Actual) value of 1000USD, and i need to set something to show me details of it by clicking on 1000USD. " All Transaction" report records all bookings in the system and i might have several lines under this account.
I am having a thought of hyperlink, but this will not work ( i think), since i will have to change projects and i will not always have 1000USD in Account#1, January.
Any idea ?
