    Index/Match question

I'm a little rusty these days but I'd sure appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction. As shown in the attachment, SHEET ONE has some populated data ; At cell C4:C109 will be ticket number entries. The other columns will contain data relevant to that particular ticket. On SHEET TWO I'd like to enter the Ticket Number (D2), then have formulas to index/Lookup (??) the relevant data from that ticket from SHEET ONE and enter onto the corresponding on SHEET TWO. Hopefully the attachment uploads.Otherwise I know I'll have to do a much better job of explaining.
Note: There are some hidden rows. On SHEET ONE, each Green Row begins a new Ticket .
    Thanks!

the hidden rows tricked me a bit.. but I have a solution. since you need many functions there is no point in posting one example function here so please see attachment for the results.

What do you expect to see in sheet 2 D4? Zero or 4896/1961?????
