I need a table that automatically calculates values based on fixed percentage and totals

Hi,
I need to create a table that automatically calculate values based on a fixed total and fixed percentages. For exaple if I have four rows, and I changed the value on one row, I need excel to calculate and change the values on all the other rows based on the percent margin value that is attached to it. I need it to "play" with values to figure out what a perfect combination of numbers would be.

This is a very brief example. If i change the value on HW, I'd like the values on all other rows to change based on their percentage and the fixed total value using some sort of formula to calculate values based on weighted percentages.
