Formula to look up data from another tab based on multiple items

I need help getting the data from master tab to display on Kevs tab. The formula should look up the data from the master sheet and display it on kevs sheet, matching the site from column A and category fields from row 1. Column A data and Row 1 data will be the exact same on each sheet.

    Thanks for the help.

I included a test file where you could try this out to help me out. I can't seem to get it to work.
