Need to count no. of calls received based on multiple criteria

Hi professionals,

I am trying to count my calls conversion data on excel. I have 2 sheets, sheet 1 with
store locations and my KPIs (eg: Phone Calls, clicks etc) and sheet 2 with raw call data (number called from aka customers number, store location at which they called) I am looking to count 1 under phone calls on sheet 1 if a number calls on a location but if the same number calls on the same location for the second time it shouldn't be counted whereas if the same number calls on a different location it should be counted under that location. Could you please help with the steps and formulas required to achieve this goal. Please find a sample attachement under this thread.
