Recognizing Duplicates Returned By Index Function And Connecting Correct Correlated Item

Hey All,

Per a past post (Search and Find Formula to Compile Specific Data from Master List) I have a quickly growing spreadsheet that has the main function of looking at differences. I was throwing things at the current equations put in and found that the equation recognizes duplicates as the being in the same cell (whatever duplicate is listed first is the cell position that is listed).

How can I gave an equation recognize the duplicate and return the correctly correlated item?
