Auto fill cells based on criteria

dear friends,

Manually data is included into Cells A1, A2 & A3 and the results appear in cells B1, B2 & B3 respectively.
only 4 types of data are included, they are "", "-", "C" and any letter that is <> "C".

my requirement is;

1.) if any of the data entered in cells A is either "", "-" or "C", then data in cells B is blank (""). EX: A1="", A2="C" & A3="C", then all 3 cells in B will be "".
2.) if any cell in A consists <>"C", then the remaining cells in B should also appear same as in A against it's respective cell. BUT, if there is a "" cell in A, then the cell B should show this as "-". EX1: if A1="C", A2="G" & A3="", then cells in B will be B1="C", B2="G" & B3="-", EX2: if A1="", A2="" & A3="H", then cells in B will be B1="-", B2="-" & B3="H",

In B1, copied down to B3:
