    Fixing an axis error

    Dear all,

    I am facing a peculiar problem. If you open the attached file, you will see 3 worksheets.

    The first one is a reference once in which raw data (column B and C) values go till 80 and then back to 19.

    If I change that to raw data with values going to 66 and back to 19 (as shown in 'To change' sheet), the x-axis do not show proper value.
    It should start from 19 but it is not the case.

    I checked this by taking the data into the sheet 'Like this' and it showed correctly.

    I do not know why it is not automatically putting the correct graph.

    Please help me!

    Kind regards,
    Anmol

    Re: Fixing an axis error

    Change the formulae in N19 (in To Change) to

    =IF(F19="",NA(),F19)

    and similarly for O & P. Q19 should change to:

    =IFERROR((O19+P19)/2,NA())

    Then use conditional formatting to hde the #N/A errors:

    =ISNA(N19)

    and format the text colour to match the cell shading (done only in column N).

    Dear Glenn,

    Thank you for the response! This works for me.

    Only this is that the cells from row 67 downwards become redundant, but I think deleting them works fine.

    I apologize for the late reply, I forgot to bookmark the post.

    Kind regards,
