    Index and Match help with names and calendar dates

    Hi All,

    Haven't been on here in a while, but I'm sure one you clever people can help me out as always . I'm ok with basic formula but this one is a bit more challenging

    On the attached sheet I am trying to draw info by names and dates over two different sheets

    On the rota tab it contains people and working shift pattern over 365 days

    On Annual tab I want to show 365 days of what people are working each month, day by day .. when they select there name from drop down list ..

    Your help would be much appreciated..

    Try this instead...
    =INDEX('ROTA 4-4 2020'!$B$4:$NC$9,MATCH(ANNUAL!$B$2,'ROTA 4-4 2020'!$A$4:$A$9,0),MATCH(ANNUAL!B5,'ROTA 4-4 2020'!$B$1:$NC$1,0))

    It gives 0 when there is nothing to return, but that is an easy fix.
