Insert cell % number if = specific number

I'm working on a projection tool in excel. Currently learning IF statements, so forgive me for my ignorance. I was able to pull the number but couldn't continue if it didn't equal a different number.

Example:
I want one of my employees to enter a number 1 through 10 on where they feel they can get a client's ranking. 1 through 10 is the position in Google Search Results Page. Based on the number they enter into each cell for the column, I want to have the next cell to insert/auto populate the CTR %.

My team will enter the ranking in column J
I want to have it so column K will look at the number in column J and insert the % from column Q based on the position number given in J.

NEVERMIND, I used VLOOKUP...I feel super dumb now.
